That all persons residing in the Republic should be entitled to have any religous belifes without fear of prosecution or being favored by the government. |

All religons should be able to set up a place of worship and/or education for the benifit of all followers of that religon. |

That is correct but look at this proposal, it actually bans some religions from doing so. Only "recognized religions" can set up a school not "all religions" as the current law does. |
