MessageI would have preferred a number divisible by 3 to make amendments easier to process , but I have long supported the idea of chamber enlargement.

MessageOOC: Do I have to go through the math part again? It doesn't matter how many seats there are, you are going to get the same percentage with 150 than with 750.

MessageOOC: I wasn't talking to you. If I was, I would have answered IC, even though I can never tell when you are speaking OOC or IC. My post was directed to the author of this bill. You already know the explanation but he/she does not. Common sense dictates that I am not talking to you. Of course, I would also understand that you may have thought I was talking to you since I posted afte you did.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically

Random quote: "No one today can afford to be innocent, or indulge himself in ignorance of contemporary governments, politics and social orders. The national polities of the modern world maintain their existence by deliberately fostered craving and fear: monstrous protection rackets. The 'free world' has become economically dependent on a fantastic system of stimulation of greed which cannot be fulfilled, sexual desire which cannot be satiated and hatred which has no outlet except against oneself, the persons one is supposed to love, or the revolutionary aspirations of pitiful, poverty-stricken marginal societies like Cuba or Vietnam. The conditions of the Cold War have turned all modern societies - communist included - into vicious distorters of man's true potential." - Gary Snyder
