| This bill will contain two articles. ARTICLE ONE: Profits from oil drilled out of our Dovani colonies will be charged a tax of 10%. ARTICLE TWO: All proceeds will enter the Fund for the Future of New Mordusia account and will be spent on improving development of cities and suburbs in the Mordusian colonies.
