MessageOOC: The point has been proven in the description, they are new to the game. Do you think they can handle working in the government? You can answer IC if you want to.

Messageooc: your making no sense. if they have a ooc problem we aren't required to convert that to ic decision making processes, nor should we.

MessageOOC: Well, I am tying OOC to IC. The OOC part is the resignation, which implies no experience. I posted a question tying that to whether or not they would be knowledgeable to run the Ministries. If I tell you that you can write in IC, I mean that if you don't write "OOC" before you reply I would understand that you are replying to my question. Obviously, I have to say that because some people here don't get it (ex. You). Yes, you can tie OOC (game mechanics, he/she accidentally resigned) to IC (is the party members experienced enough to run the Ministries since the player, who controls the characters, is inexperieced). Do you understand now?

Messageooc: if a person has a ooc problem we should accommodate them and help them learn how to play rather than treating their learning curve as a strike against them in character. that is all I have to say on the manner.

MessageOOC: We all go through the same when we start playing this game. If you can't handle it, why are you playing this game? Politics is tough, get used to it.
