Message | "if it's not allowed, people won't do it." Now, Phil, you don't seriously believe that, do you? Why else are you proposing to reintroduce supervision over ecozones? Because people need enforcement to refrain from what is not allowed. As for the matter at hand, I would ban smoking in government buildings (including schools and hospitals), but not in privately owned, publicly accessible buildings, and definitely not in publicly accessible open spaces (streets, parks, etc.). |
