MessageI disagree. Yeah sure, we leave the managment to the regions to avoid micro-managment by Parliament, but giving the possibility to states to forge their own laws it's just going to add confusion and eventually hurt economy and international credibility.

MessageI don't think that local juriduction should have anything more than managing duties. I can't see the point, well except in few cases, to give our departments the power of making laws. There is already our Assembly for that
