| The bill suggests to create a Hobrazian National Sports Committee (further on - HNSC), whose main objective would be to promote and support various sports in the country. The HNSC will be responsible for: a) promotion of Second Imperial Republic's sports image in the world via participation in fair competitions b) setting long-term and short-term goals for our national teams c) regulation of the contests, competitions and other activities. The bill suggests to provide additional financial support to the national football (soccer) team in amount of 20,000,000 HCR. The provided money would be a subject to a special regulation, which could be used to cover additional expenses occurring in case of employment of additional staff, build and construct recreational facilities, fields and trainings bases; but not used to pay salaries/wages, bonuses or other one-time payments directly to the players or coaching staff. The next Terra FIFA world cup is going to be played in the Sixth Jewish Homeland of Beiteynu, we propose to invest additional resources to provide better training fields for the national team, create several stadiums and training bases for the national youth team. Of course the suggested improvements will grant minor visible benefits in the short-run, but they are aimed for the long-term development of sport in our country. |
