Message | No, not at all. It's a fact that crime increases when people are kept below the poverty line and/or kept unemployed. This will ensure that people are able to feed themselves and such so that they won't have to go out and steal to eat. But it isnt permanent. We don't support the idea of entitlement dependency. |
