Message | We have always supported a strong executive branch and this is not going to be the exception. While this may be a good political move for our party, we worry about the stability of the goverment. We also believe that the President, as Head of State and Government, should decide who he/she has as his/her advisors, not Parliament, even though Parliament may have a say on it. We do not want chaos in the government, we do not want to create a gridlock in government, we want the citizens' voice to be respected. If they choose one man or woman to be the Head of State, they are therefore choosing who they want to propose a cabinet. Threrefore, we do not support this bill. Message | The executive must have actual power. Presidential elections should have consequences. (OOC: It's what makes the presidential elections interesting and worth forming coalitions over, etc.) |

Message | I agree. If the LNP wants a different party to form the government, it should put forwrd a vote of no confidence (call for new elections.) |
