Message | This bill has the support of the LSU, however, we are opposed to paying prisoners a less-than-substinence wage, and creating sweatshop-like working conditions. We are of the opinion that even prisoners should be paid minimum wage. We also propose to make Psychiatrist consultations available to prisoners, free of charge or for a nominal charge. |
Date | not recorded | From | To | Debating the Prisoner rehabilitation |
Message | The LSU's argument for paying prisoners more is invalid, as they are effectively paid more, as their room and board is provided by the state. In fact, they are arguably paid better than minimum wage, without even working, due to this. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
