Message | We would prefer some detail as to when the card should be carried. The card is a drivers licence so should be carried. The card is a passport, so should be carried. There is no detail to the bill. |

Message | We hereby quote our honourable colleagues at WSS! party: At the moment the identity card represents : Serves not only as a source of I.D. but it also acts as: Drivers licence, Passport, Library Card, Medical and donors card. National Insurance and benefits card. So, if the person is supposed to drive a car, it is understandable that he or she is supposed to have a document, which would state his or her right to drive the car (though it could be an additional subject to certain county's legislation) So, it brings us to the main idea behind this proposal, which is that we introduce "democratic" or "liberal" values to the society and make a step away from the military or police state, where the citizens are obliged to carry an I.D. with them in order to save military problems of identification issues and etc. The current proposal is aimed at improving the overall situation. If a person wants to go out for a walk, he or she does not require to have an I.D with them; though if they plan to use the benefits of the unified card, it would be sensible to take it with them. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
