Message | Women are just as capable as Men and vice versa. Why (when we have a rather large budget deficit) would we put more money into splitting up our armed forces when we can train and send them into combat together? |
Date | 05:53:08, September 22, 2008 CET | From | Sekowan Democrats | To | Debating the Military Morale Reform (2640) |
Message | Opposed for the same reasons as SGP. Women can shoot just as straight if they are fighting with men or not and we do not welcome non-crucial ammendments which costs Sekowo money it does not have. |

Message | THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CAPABILITY! You people really need to get that through your heads—men and women are NOT being kept in different SORTS of units, or in different GRADES; and it is just as cost-efficient to train 10 groups of 100 men and women mixed as it is to train 5 groups of 100 men and 5 groups of 100 women. Finally, what you need to understand is that studies have shown that soldiers suffer worse military morale when they are in mixed-gender units. This is well-understood military science. The only question is whether you consider it more important for soldiers to have better morale, or whether you consider it more important that men and women LIVE in the same units to satisfy your sense of sexual fair play. |
