Message | We propose to reduce the money for less important ministries, like defense, while focussing on our most important tasks like education. |
Date | 20:06:31, October 02, 2005 CET | From | Apathetic Sort-of-Federation | To | Debating the Budget proposal of August 2119 |
Message | We cannot at present support this Bill. We believe in a well-funded army - although not in the needless deployment of such - and would lament funding allocations that deprived vital ministries such as Foreign Affairs government funds so as to prop up areas such as Social Welfare and Culture. As such, we applaud the motivations for the legislation, but most vote no as in protest of their execution. |
