To bring enlightenment and compassion to the world, we hereby propose the creation of the Holy Missionary Forces. This organization shall be a non-combat unit within the Malivian army which focuses on humanitarian projects and Gerajan evangelism.

As there are many different sects of Geraja, at least two of which are supported by major political parties, the HMF shall be devoid of sectarianism by law and may not espouse an ideology that is in favor of a political party.
