The Duke used his position to advance the cause of slavery. The real choice is between the present moderate FBSP-PLP-NS-S alliance whose views vary between centre and left, and an alternative government dominated by a rightwing aristocrat who gained his present influence by *purchasing* a political party (the previously honourable, if occasionally misguided, Democratic Alliance)! Oppose this bill and support the present Cabinet. |
