MessageThis neglecting vast amounts of our current revenue, revenue that needs to be spent. 2 differences between both of our parties' budget proposal:

A) mine more funds the head of government. After further review, I believe that ministry should be only half as much funded as I initially have proposed, but still this leaves the HOG underfunded

B) Mine more funds Defence, Justice, Health, Internal Affairs, Infrastructure, Education, and Science by about 1 billion more

So, I believe my budegt proposal the superior one, though I agree that if mine were to pass, I would cut HOG in half.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
