MessageThen I would recommend that your League impose regulations on it's own body to keep it fair. It's not the job of the government to determine how the current football system regulates itself. (ie. your league could make it a rule that teams who receive above X LOD cannot compete in certain divisions). In addition, this bill would allow local governments to fund other sports clubs beyond and outside of football.
