Description[?]:

This is the eighth bill in the Social Reform series of bills. This bill is designed with an all around purpose. It picks apart some of the little things that should be changed, and proposes to change them for the bettering of Kazulia. Please support this bill, as it increases stability and a slightly better morality amongst our citizens as well as still protecting the basic civil rights that they deserve. On abortion, for instance, it is currently allowed during the first and second trimesters. This is unessescary as the women should know she is preganant within the first trimester. During the second trimester, the baby has began to grow vital human elements and is technically a member of the human species, so abortions should not be allowed then. This does not take a way the right to choose though. (Although our party is strongly opposed to abortion except in medical emergencies, we want citizens to have their rights.) Currently, when we, the government, take away a man or woman's property, we decide how to compensate them. They can sue us if they deem it unfair. To promote a neutral position towards each side, though, a jury or body of people appointed by the federal court will decide on the compensation, so that the govenrment can not act greedily. This will prevent instability and will promote equality amongst the government and the citizens. Immigrants often flock to our wondrous country, and without knowing our culture, how our government works, and our language, they are deemed citizens. If we promoted education about the wonderful history of our country by having immigrants pass a test after a short educational course, then we would have a country that would function much, much better. A minor issue, currently we allow farmers to use pesticides on their crops, with some regulations, yes, but the pesticides are not shown on the package. There are a good many who are outright opposed to pesticides, while most don't care, and it would take hardly any extra labor to print if pesticides were used or not on the package. Pharmaceutical drugs are one major thing that drag peoples' money down, so to support them, we will begin the Pharmaceutical Contemplation Plan, which will allow citizens on low incomes to get free pharmaceutical drugs when seriously ill, and it will also allow ordinary people to get a little break on the prices. To compensate for this, if you hadn't realized, we have a high amount of extra money garnered from taxes that lie unspent, so we will use the money very wisely to help everyone afford pharmaceutical drugs.

This bill includes proposals to change:
The right to perform an abortion for a pregnant woman
Eminent Domain compensation. (if Eminent Domain is legal)
Government policy concerning granting nationality. (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights)
Government policy concerning the use of pesticides
Pharmaceutical drugs policy

Thank you for your support of this bill and helping our country be more stable and equal! Together, we can build the perfect model of a strong nation!

Article 2: Agreed.
Article 3: Agreed.
Article 4: Not sure if this is tightening or loosening regulations on this issue.
Article 5 is socialism, therefore we are opposed.
