MessageI am afraid the bulk of Kafuristan cannot be reformed from desert into jungle. It is simply not economically feasible. We have recently discovered native tribes on the lush jungle fringes on our nation's coastlines, however.

I cannot agree with referring to ourselves as "Her Majestys Quite Grand Yet Graciously Humble Penal Colony of Kafuristan".
If I may suggest a future bill be created to compromise to calling ourselves only "Her Majestys Graciously Humble Penal Colony of Kafuristan", I would firmly endorse it.

Furthermore, I could also firmly endorse all other proposals in a compromise, with the exception of "...and Deckard Cain". If these changes would be made in a bill also widening the abilities of the cabinet, I would support such. In fact, I will go about creating such a follow-up bill right now. (I know how much your camp wishes to replace the retired cabinet members.)
