Bill: Alcohol Accessibility Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Ecotopian Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2121
Description[?]:
We have, in the past, attempted to allow parents to govern their children's access to alcohol. The current law makes such parents criminal. We still think that parental guidance is more valuable than peer group pressure in understanding responsible consumption of such substances. We do not believe that there should be any restrictions on licensing; however, we do recommend that all retailers of any drug should be subjected to regular compliance testing to ensure that they are not selling to minors. |
