| The Lodamun National Football Association is hereby created. Its job is to deal with ALL matters relating the involvement of Lodamun's national football team in ANY event, including the NSFA and FIFA. Its director, which shall also be Lodamun's representative to the committee of the North Seleyan Football Association, is appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate (OOC: That way it isn't always on the hands of one person but it is suggeted that an active party with knowledge of the situation should take be nominated). The LNFA shall be funded through the Education and Culture Ministry but it is not, under any circumstance, under the direction of the Minister of Education and Culture, and its funds may not be cut off except by the Senate. The creation of this association hereby takes precedence over any other authorization bill. |

| Message | We already have an organization responsible for this - the National Soccer Corporation of Lodamun. It has organized Lodamun's national team since its inception following the adoption of the FIFA treaty. Why is the Senate considering adopting a new organiztion when the current one has proved capable for well over a hundred years? The NSCL accepts no government funds as the proposed LNFA would. Our money comes from sponsorships, ticket sales, and media rights and not government coffers. The NSCL recieved a startup loan from Lodamun which it paid back with interest and provides limited numbers of low-cost tickets, youth outreach, and other programs at no cost to the tax payer. In fact, this bill, in addition to recklessly abandoning a proven organiztion for an unproven one, violates the law of the land. There would be zero funding available for this team under current law which gives local governments the power to fund sports programs and not the national government. | Message | When Mr. Orion speak to this body, he will show respect and rationality or he will be thrown out of the chambers for improper conduct. To clarify some points mae here. The NSCL is a private organization and as such it may create a bias or interest in profit making rather than in the interest of our citizens and our country as a whole. There is going to be funding for the organization as explained in this bill. We, as the government of this counntry, reserve the right to approve any organization we see fit. Please refrain from making comments that are not appropriate to this debate. |

| Message | The "funding" you propose violates your own laws. I understand Liberal politicians have made it party policy to violate and contradict laws in the past, but the NSFA will not allow Lodamun to field a team without funds. Please change your policies in regard to sports funding if this bill passes or Lodamun will be excluded. |
