| The following parties that vote "Yes" shall hereby declare loyalty to Emperor Steven P. Kennedy VI as the sovereign leader of Jelbania. The following parties that vote "No" shall hereby be loyal to the Republican form of government. The following parties that abstain shall be considered neutral. The Monarchist faction declares Steven P. Kennedy VI as the true Head of State of Jelbania through his servant and friend Suresh Bengali of the Namaste Party. The Monarchist faction also declares Steven P. Kennedy VI as Head of Government through a newly formed Monarchist Cabinet. We thus declare that Jelbania is a Republic in name only and is indeed under the power and grace of Emperor Steven P. Kennedy VI. We await the response from the Republican faction. |
