Bill: Introduction of Vice President

Details

Submitted by[?]: New Socialist Alliance

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2652

Description[?]:

The NSA would like the position of Vice President to be introduced in Aloria. This would help restrict the powers of teh president and help increase our shield against dictatorship.

(Although this could not be introduced in the game it will add a dimension to RP like state Governors. Running mates would have to be announced in the national message box.)

MessageYa we do. It really serves a purpose. A VP wouldn't, and would only serve to complicate things.

Random fact: Players consent to the reasonable and predictable consequences of the role-play they consent to. For example, players who role-play their characters as committing criminal offences should expect those characters to experience the predictable judicial consequences of that.

Random quote: "If democracy is ever to be threatened, it will not be by revolutionary groups burning government offices and occupying the broadcasting and newspaper offices of the world. It will come from disenchantment, cynicism and despair caused by the realization that the New World Order means we are all to be managed and not represented." - Tony Benn
