Message | PCU can agree on almost every article in this bill. Although we would like to change the name of the premier to prime minister in stead of speaker and we don't see the sense of enlarging the number of seats in the assembly. But we could vote yes on this topics because we don't find them very important. But on what we can't agree is article 5 because if every 50 months we have an elections, it takes us only a |

Message | little more than a week and i think we will have to many elections. Elections every 12 days is the best i think. If you amend article 5 and drop it from this law, PCU will approve this bill after the next elections. |

Message | I don't have any objection to "Prime Minister." I'll submit that to majority decision. The increase in seats, I prefer just under 600 seats, because that way it's easy to tell if something passed or not: 300 votes exactly passes a bill under a 599 seat legislature (300 to 299), and 400 votes exactly passes a 2/3 amendment (400-199). 301 is a little trickier; you need 151 to pass a normal bill, and 201 to pass something by 2/3s. As for the election schedule, each month in-game takes 4 hours of real time. So a 50 hour term length would result in elections every 8.3 days. A little faster than now, yes. Willing to comprimise at 65 months - I'd like to make it NOT be divisible by 12, because most other countries are, and that makes us have the same elections as many other countries (slowing the game and results for everyone). That'd make elections about every 10.8 days, longer than I'd like, though. |

Message | We can agree on 65 months. And the argument about the seats makes sense, therefore we are willing to support this bill. |

Message | At our party congress today, PCU decided it can agree to have elections every 50 months. In return, PCU would like to see the formation of a new cabinet as soon as possible after the comming elections, no mather what parties are in it. It is true that the cabinet doesn't have much powers, but it is a simulation game and in real life a new government is formed after every election and it is one of the purposes of this game. Having a government consisting of 2 inactive parties is a shame for darnussia. |

Message | We storngly diasagree with Article 5. The amount of seats has been 301 (and 300 before it) for centuries and should not be changed, especially when there is only 4 parties. Everything else is more than acceptable. |

Message | Suggestion: Would the change in seat number be acceptable if this bill was accompanied by a restoration to the Blue and Gold eagle flag? |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
