Description[?]:
This act will enforce tighter border controls and restrict the number of migrants residing in the nation by imposing criteria for gaining resident status. The criteria will be as follows -No criminal convictions from ANY state: Convictions for crimes that were not illegal in Tukarali will not be taken into account and will not hinder a migrants application (This will also apply for those wishing to visit Tukarali) e.g. If a Deltarian migrant has a criminal conviction for desecrating the flag from 2651 then this would not have any bearing on his application as the Tukarali law code did not have a crime for desecration of the flag in that year. -Standard level of literacy: To have the same level of qualifications that the average Tukarali school leaver would have (If under school leaving age then be at a level of education that a Tukarali of a similar age would have) This section will not effect visitors only those wishing to reside in Tukarali for any period longer than one year. |
