Message | Why should they be regulated? This is just government where government is not needed. If parents want a government regulated preschool, they can go to the state ones (which have the benefit of being free). If they do not want state regulation, then they can go to a private one. This way, they have choices. By forcing regulation, it increases the cost of the private preschools, and reduces the choice available to parents. |

Message | This is foolish, you're just offering the same thing twice, basically. |
Date | 00:02:35, October 21, 2008 CET | From | Conservative Party of Tukarali | To | Debating the Nursery Regulation Act 2654 |
Message | It is not the same thing, as it stood anyone could take in kids during the day and call it a nursery. With this legislation all nurseries will have to follow a correct curriculum and also not to mention health and safety standards. |

Message | Curriculum? Pre-school is just where parents puts their kids while they're at work. |

Message | The only thing kids ever learn in pre-school is how to share, and to not eat the craft supplies. Come on now, you're reaching for things. |
