| Whereas, the NWO, a radical fringe group currently harbored in the Republid of Endralon, has declared war on the Republic of Telamon And whereas, We have an excellent relationship with the government of Endralon, the aforementioned declaration not being a reflection of that government's intentions And whereas, the NWO is not a member of Endralon's government And whereas, the NWO holds no seats in that government's Parliament And whereas, the NWO is not even a recognized party within Endralon's Parliament (hence the reference to it being a radical fringe "organization" rather than "party") And whereas, this fringe group has no actual military capacity and no offensive capabilities Let it be resolved: The Democratic Capitalist Delegation proposes that the most appropriate response to this situation would not be through the use of the national military, but rather through the use of Telamon's intelligence agency. This fringe organization, which has not a single combatant with which to make good on its threats, is hardly worth the time, expense, and effort of a full scale military response. Our intelligence agency, which is allowed by law to undertake a variety of missions abroad can deal with this situation in a far more time and cost efficient manner. Should this resolution pass, it should be considered a respectful recommendation from Parliament, to President Ford, to authorize the Telamonian Intelligence Agency to take any and all necessary actions to ensure that the NWO promptly ceases to threaten the safe sovereignty of Telamon. |

The New World Order is more than just a fringe movement ( http://80.237.164.51/particracy/main/vieworganization.php?organizationid=1635 ). In fact it is a rather significant world organisation that currently dominates the governemnt of two southern hemisphere nations (Al'Badara and Kafuristan), invaded Hutori and established an occupation government ( http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10570&start=60&mforum=particracy ), a nation in which an NWO affiliated party still holds the HoS election. The NWO is also currently engaged in conflict with Aloria, ( http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10773&mforum=particracy ), and if the newspaper is to be believed, then they also launched a nuclear attack on Aloria. Furthermore we also believe that the nations of Davostan and Trigunia, or at least important parties within those nations are affiliated with the NWO. Now although the measures proposed here are fine for delaing with the NWO cell located in New Endralon, it is of vital importance that we also identify how relevent the NWO threat is wit regard to the entire organisation, and the states with strong links to the NWO that currently surround us. |
