| We feel that under the current climate that our Border Security and Justice system is very vulnerable, we therefore propose the following measures be taken. These measures can be a temporary basis until we have, as we will, seen off these current threats. We propose to add a clause that: 1. Any person charged with connections to the NWO will be convicted on both grounds of Treason and Terrorism. |

| Message | We have serious reservations about supporting the death penalty under any circumstances, although we would be willing to support article II on a temporary basis. Unless we are offered a guarantee by either the TNP or the CWU that they will support a rescinding of these laws after the next legislative election if a state of emergency and/or war is not declared OR after the state of emergency and/or war is deemed to be over, we have no intention of supporting this legislation. We are not against taking extreme measures during extreme times, but we will not support any party trying to take advantage of the current situation to push its agenda.
