Bill: National Sovereignity Act of 2656
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Republican Party (UCF)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 2658
Description[?]:
\\\"International law\\\" has been permited to return to Mordusia. The FRP appologizes to Mordusians for not being able to stop this horendous breach of their rights. We must now rectify that position. The only sovereign law in Mordusia is Mordusian law. Currently, how we treat our prisoners is dictated by foreign entities, which is in direct violation of democracy and freedom. POWs will not be executed, except if found guilty of war crimes. |
Proposals
Article 1

Message | We ask for a clause stating that no POWs will be executed, thus making it Mordusian law that POWs are treated fairly, not international. |

Message | We agree with the UP. When proposing that POWs will be treated by our national laws, you must state what our laws actually are. |
Date | 15:04:19, October 27, 2008 CET | From | Federal Republican Party (UCF) | To | Debating the National Sovereignity Act of 2656 |
Message | POWs will be treated exactly the same as normal prisoners. If they are normal combatants. if they have broken Mordusian law outside of the normal circumstances of war, they will be tried by Mordusian courts. But of course, POWs will be assured a fair treatment under Mordusian law and will not be executed, excrept if found guilty of war crimes. |
Date | 12:12:52, October 28, 2008 CET | From | Union Party | To | Debating the National Sovereignity Act of 2656 |
Message | Internationally accepted standards are too unstable. One day, mass execution can become accepted, yet it is still immoral. Therefore, we urge all to vote yes. |
