MessageWe slightly prefer subsidies of renewable energy, but we slightly support the rest of the articles here (except for the one on the national grid being owned by the state. We fully support that change).

MessageWe oppose:

1. Although most powers should be provided by private entities, localities should be able to establish public power generation facilities.

2. No matter who owns the power grid, it should be subject to regulation to limit naturally occuring monopolies.

3. The government ought to promote renewable energy for obvious reasons. Period.

We support the value in article three being changed, but not to the proposed value.

Random fact: Characters are considered to be "owned" by the player who first mentioned or created them. In practice, players may share responsibility for role-playing a character, but ultimate authority rests with the owner.

Random quote: "A return to first principles in a republic is sometimes caused by the simple virtues of one man. His good example has such an influence that the good men strive to imitate him, and the wicked are ashamed to lead a life so contrary to his example." - Niccolo Machiavelli
