BiLL IN FULL A view to specialise education on the grounds of three tears to encourage the most eagre and brightest to high educational achievement. On taking an exam at 15, all students will be put into one of three types of school. Grammar, Academic Colleges Technical Colleges Arts Colleges Thus aiming to streamline education by providing that all government run schools and heavily regulated private schools use the proposed 15+ test and tripartite educational procedure . The leaving age shall be raised to 18. Home schooling, due to the danger of a lack of development of social skills and the danger of promotion of ignorant doctrines by ill qulalified educators is to be phased out. |

Message | Perhaps it is the private sector that needs to be streamlined with the public. Making sure that all private schools adopt the same tripartite system and curriculum but maintain their own admissions policy. Creating the charter schools system I certainly concur with. |
