Old value:: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Current: The government does not subsidize tuition, students must pay for higher education themselves. This does not include scholarship programs.
Proposed: The government fully subsidizes tuition.

These are society\'s problems, and society has a way of working them out on its own. Think scholarships, charity, and hard work. People don\'t have a right to a formal education, they have a right to peace, freedom, and life. |
