MessageFeudal Party Spokesman - \"This is exactly why the Aristocracy have lost power, we lost touch with the people. How do low pay workers negotiate a reasonable pay increase if they do not have access to the fundamental tools to do so? Current laws favor only big wig corporate entities. Bring back the right to worker strikes and workers everywhere will have a greater standard of living. If corporations complain that they can no longer compete, then for too long they have become inefficient on the back of low labor costs, innovation will be the key for them\"

MessageWhat happens when a worker does not turn up to work for weeks? He is fired. What happens when this bill is passed and the worker does not? He is still fired. But if hundreds don\'t turn up it suddenly becomes a strike and the employer must continue paying them for not doing any work. If they do not like their conditions, they should not have taken the job, or should just find a new one. The employer sets employment terms, not the employee.

MessageMost employees who strike are not paid on a salary, but on an hourly wage. At the end of the week it is hours x hourly rate that determines how much a worker brings home. So if an employee clocks 0 hours due to him striking, well it is 0 x hourly rate = $0. In theory they are still getting paid, but when they get their pay envelope they don\'t expect anything in their. Salary workers work on a weekly pay rate, the weekly rate can be divided into the 5 days they work and for every day they dont work that is deducted from their salary. The argument they get paid is not realistic, you are paid to provide a service, not because you signed a piece of paper.

Is it fair to ask workers to move on whenever they want a pay increase? Workers are entitled to reasonable pay increases even if business owners do not think they are. But the Feudal Rights Party understands there are those who would seek to abuse this system. Changes will be made to the Act to allow government to step in when demands on either side are unreasonable.

MessageWe still remain with the issue of the very dangerous state of trade unions, perhaps the largest contributor to state socialism and economic distability. I do not agree on their unresisted existence.

MessageI agree with articles 2 and 3, people have the right together and bargain collectively, however I do not recognize their right to special privileges as trade unions. And employers should have the right to fire employees who strike, they have a duty to keep their doors open.
