This is the 56th bill in the Social Reform series. It hopes to unify our banks so the deposits and transactions can be easily transferable, while letting small community banks where nationalization is not needed to still stand in their community. The banks will still keep their own titles, but under a nation organization, clients will be able to access accounts through most banks.
