| Upon approval to be enacted immediately: 1) Aloria will lease 1/3rd of all military bases to the NWO in Sildar Beach only. 2) The AEB, whose formation *provoked* the NWO aggression, will disband immediately. 3) Aloria will lease the NWO one Naval Base in Port Aloria. 4) In exchange for Alorian Sovreignty, Aloria will likewise recognize the IPA/NWO via the Kurmal Province (see below). 5) Aloria will free any captured NWO soldiers and return them to their country of origin and the NWO will do the same for all Alorian soldiers, leaders and civilians. 6) Any non-criminal unwanted peoples in NWO lands will be given refuge in Aloria. 7) Aloria will reduce the size of its military/army over the next ten years to a number no larger then 300,000 soldiers and sailors. 8) The Government of Aloria with enact a partial-power sharing agreement with Kurmal Province being partially seceeded to the IPA/NWO so long as free and fair elections continue. The province will remain a part of Aloria but be noted as mainly controlled by IPA/NWO. |
