Message | We believe there is a basic advantage to ensuring small time farms can afford to operate. This way, should the need arise, our nation can become dependent solely on its own farms and means of food production, ensuring self sufficiency. Message | If we continue to permit unprofitable farming operations to continue then we will have a bigger and bigger hole burning through our pockets. By being subsidised, their own resources are being squandered and their own practices are not as efficient as they could be. By removing these subsidies, we should be able to maximize the output of profitable farms and increase our over national productive capacity. Trevor Dutton Deputy Leader Liberal Party of Telamon |

Message | While we agree with a free-market, this would destroy our small agricultural operations, and deny a century-long livelihood of thousands in the Antepec region. We vote against. Yasiji Kamatama Shadow Food and Agriculture Minister |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
