Article 7 - The ratifiers acknowledge that with respect to: Government regulation of pollution in industry. The policy of their national government and law should be: The government enforces highly restrictive industrial pollution standards. is unworkable in that it places economic hardships on industry by forcing them to comply with restrictive standards. This bill is for withdrawal from said treaty until the above articles are altered to allow for these differing circumstances. |
