As we seek the abolition of private property, the state should relinquish control of the most important form thereof: housing. The state should devolve housing responsibilities to the soviets in order to assume communal ownership of all housing. As such, we declare that: |

Message | The point here is supply and demand. When we leave subsidies only for the poor we are helping the market through indirect income transfer. Yet if we let these benefits to reach richer people, we are going to have an enormous excess demand and we are going to have to cope with bigger costs. Yet I realize that no society can turn their back to their citizens even if it proves uneconomical, therefore let me say I agree with the proposal |
