The only change is the removal of government waste on maintianing separate, state-run health facilities. Why waste taxpayers\' money? Every Hulstrian has access to healthcare. It\'s just cheaper.\"

MessageThe HNP clearly doesn\'t know what it\'s talking about. Universal healthcare is free and not privately run. What the HNP did is make healthcare private. That\'s not universal healthcare and therefore, yes, the HNP reforms did change universal healthcare.
