| RP: The Head of the Hobrazian Intelligence Services, Don Williard has brought to the Conservative Party\'s attention the need for action on a certain important matter concerning our military. Several tracts of unclaimed land to the Far East of Hobrazia have been landed on and captured by a relatively small force from the Gerajan Protectorates of Malivia, and Mr Williard believes that this expansion of Malivian power in the future may damage the safety of Hobrazia if changes of government occur within Malivia. Mr Williard apparently has secret correspondence between an agent and several leaders of the major Malivian parties which indicate their intent towards Hobrazia. Mr Williard would like to know the Chamber\'s opinion on the matter, so a collateral bipartisan decision can be made and a precedent set for further happenings.
