Educational Reform. The Basic Ideas of This proposal is following: 1. Local Governments and National Government can pick up the best offer from private educational institutions, thus reducing the costs of the educational system. 2. All education is paid by the state, thus meaning everyone is equal on every levels of education. 3. Government not funding public higher education institutions does not mean they don\'t exists, government still maintains them as stated in other legislature, they are just buying the service from the best possible educator. |

Message | We would like to inquire why someone would be against this? It reduces the costs, it in no way limits the governments ability to regulate the education and it makes it free for everyone. |
