| In light of the recent NWO take-over of Aloria, and the organisation's threat upon Dundorf we call upon the parties of the Bundesrat to pass this Emergency Act empowering the military to defend us, and our allies, against this NWO threat as we have always defended threats from the Deltarians! REMEMBER THE 2320s!!!! Acts Explained: -Temporarily Nationalise the Nation's defense industries to assure maximum production of war-time materials -Allow Women into front-line battle positions in order to maximise the level of troops available for front-line service -Banning discrimination in the military to maximise troops available for front-line service -Limiting arms sales to only our close allies in this endeavor against the NWO to assure we all have proper equipment. |

| Message | We agree that Dundorf needs to be defended; however, the steps proposed by the commies are nothing more than attempt to impose its will on the nation through "threats". While we agree that the threats are substantiated, the proposed legislation is actually very unnecessary and even dangerous. There is no reason for any industry to be nationalized and nor is there any reason to impose new rules on the recruitment of soldiers; nobody knows better than the Bundeswehr over what and who it can or should recruit! Let them recruit they way they see fit; they know what is best for themselves. No reason has been given for such actions; the Bundeswehr has defend the nation without these actiosn before, and it can do it again. It is an elite force with a large budget, good training and great technology; the best thing we can do for it is to get out of its way when the fighting starts. |

The plans you are taken, albeit some of them seem like very effective countermeasures against the NWO, some of them are extremely excessive curbing of freedoms, especially economic freedoms. I have not authority over what Dundorf does with it's defense industry, I can only make suggestions, I am not even on the Rutanian Foreign affairs cabinet. However, I am not too thrilled on what is going here.
