| Be it enacted upon the Emperor's most Illustrious and Lutheran Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the representatives of the people of Greater Hulstria, in this present Imperial Diet assembled: An Act to proscribe certain organisations which have been deemed to be operating in contravention of our national law and for the destabilisation of our country and government. Article I - Basic Provisions 1. This Act may be cited as the Unlawful Organisations Act, 2668. 2. This Act shall be, upon its constitutional passage, considered law in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria and in every other territory under Hulstrian jurisdiction. Article II - Proscriptions 1. The Revolutionäre Republikanische Armee is henceforth considered an unlawful organisations and any activities executed or sponsored by it shall be considered illegal. 2. No citizen or subject of Greater Hulstria shall solicitate or otherwise seek to obtain membership or any other form of status within or of the Revolutionäre Republikanische Armee. 3. The holding of active membership, or seeking to obtain membership, within or of the Revolutionäre Republikanische Armee shall, subsequent to six months following this Act's pasasge, be a felony and may be, after the guilty party is duly tried and convicted thereof, punished with a minimum of five years imprisonment or a maximum of one hundred years imprisonment as well as deprivation of citizenship. 4. These provisions shall apply also to any and all of the associated entities of the Revolutionäre Republikanische Armee, including but not limited to the Hulstrian Republican Army and all other paramilitary organisations. |

Regardless of that, I'm willing to go along with this, and essentially, once this passes (which it probably will), the RRA will be no more and its leaders will jailed. Ever since my party's defeat in 2667 and unlikelihood of really having any chance as the only republican party, I've been thinking about my post-RRA disbandment situation (whether VFA reforms or a new party forms, etc.) |

When I wrote what I did in the post, I was more hinting at the fact that I will eventually end up changing the party's name on my account, essentially and for RP purposes, creating a new party, the successor to the VFA. |
