| For decades we have heard the calls of autonomy among our brethren in Shiratoku, and for just as long we have had to not act, in order to ensure a stable uniform government, however we feel that now is the right time. Therefore we hereby propose the following; The state of Shiratoku shall be granted autonomy in the following areas: A. The structuring of the Executive branch of government. B. Environmental laws and regulations. C. Labor, Trade and Industry laws and regulations. D. Shiratoku shall be given the authority to form its own state militia, separate from the Federal military but still subject to the laws and regulations that govern it. |

| Message | OOC: I did'nt do this before because I knew NPP would want to do this for all the states. Shiratoku and Medina (which already has been granted autonomy) were meant originally to be the two states that have varying degrees of autonomy do to the large gap on socio-cultural attitudes and the general development of the areas. |
