MessageKCP: The New World Order controls the Comintern and the Pan-Terran Red Army. So, we'd be indirectly allied with those organizations as well.

MessageThe Axis is the dying, the New World Order is the rising.

Plus, the Axis Treaty doesn't really mean anything, it gives you no real protection at all.
Thus, signing the Axis Treaty would do nothing to protect you from the New World Order.
And, eventually, Kundrati would end up on our list of nations we must cure from their Lesser Terran insanity.
Unless they join us.

The Axis is based around the idea of selflessness. All parties bleed and die for each other wastefully and nonsensically, with no gain to themselves other than the idea that they have helped another human being.
The New World Order is grounded in selfishness. All parties exist to enrich themselves, and they are thus enriched. Money, loot, slaves, glory, territory; members gain all as fruit of their help in the New World Order's endless conquests.

Ultimately, the Axis believes that the weak must band together to try to fight off the strong.
The New World Order understands that the strong must band together to rightfully crush the weak without mercy, squeeze them out of all that they have hoarded to enrich the strong.
It is a fundamental question of weak vs. strong.

Kundrati rightfully belongs on the side of the strong.

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar).
