Message | We would support one on a seperate bill. |
Date | 12:32:13, December 04, 2008 CET | From | Liberal Progressive Party | To | Debating the Trade Union Act 2675 |
Message | While we are certainly no great fan of trade unions and strike action, we do support the right of free association for Aldegar citizens, whether this comes in the form of a club or a union. We also recognize that occasionally trade unions can be beneficial to society. That is why we cannot support this bill. |

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature. |
