| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1278">Dovani Territorial Defence Organization</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. In ratifying this treaty the Imperial Diet shall interpret Article 2, Section 2 as follows: "The Hulstrian representative to the DTDO Council shall be appointed jointly by the Staatsminister, Defense Minister, and Foreign Minister. The term of appointment shall be coterminous with the term of the Imperial Diet." |

| Message | Go for it. As for Section 2: "The DTDO Council shall be comprised of one representative from each of the signatory nations of the organization." I'm going to suggest that the Ministry of Defense take up this appointment or the Defense Minister himself take the appointment. It is afterall a defense organization, just putting it out there as the treaty requires it. |

| Message | I would suggest that Hulstria's DTDO Council representative be jointly and unanimously appointed by the Staatsminister, Foreign Minister, and Defense Minister. Any person, Minister or not, could serve as the Representative. |
