Details
Submitted by[?]: Drtárék-Jelbék Pntejo Prta
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2683
Description[?]:
REGARDING the polarity and factionalism of Jelbanian politics, and the gross unpopularity and general inability to govern of TINKLECUPS, QUEEN OF THE BEDWETTING FAIRIES, we hereby propose that JELBANIA, with great reluctance and sorrow, does hereby relinquish her status as an INDEPENDENT STATE, and pledge herself in VASSALAGE to the SUZEREIGNTY of OLD CZARIST DELTARIA. TINKLECUPS, QUEEN OF THE BEDWETTING FAIRIES shall remain the HEAD OF STATE of Jelbania until such time as she is removed from power, but shall henceforth be under the Authority of the DELTARIAN CZAR and the DELTARIAN DYNASTIC COUNCIL. The nation of Jelbania shall be afforded AUTONOMY AND PROTECTION by her DELTARIAN SUZEREIGN, and in return shall follow DELTARIAN FOREIGN POLICY and pay an ANNUAL TRIBUTE (to be negotiated) in gold bullion, gelded oxen, and comely wenches. |

Message | We are also concerned at the potential loss of our comely wenches, who on last look seem to be already in short supply. We shall support, but recommend negotiations as to the level of comeliness of the wenches we are to pay in tribute, possibly reserving the comeliest. |

Message | Just a friendly reminder to the CRP ; the preferred term is Tinklecups, Queen of the Bedwetting Fairies. I know that the language guidelines haven't yet been written into law, but please do try to adapt to them, to avoid making any gaffes once they are in place. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
