| We have lost all communications with the Battleship Winter. Our liaison at the Conference of Piedrillo is presumed dead. The Gaduri Air Force bombed Piedrillo, in full knowledge of the representatives there, as well as the Winter. This is a blatant act of agression that can not be forgiven. The Gaduri people must be punished! With the passing of this bill along, the approval of the cabinet, and that of His Royal Highness, Velikoe Knyazhestvo Trigunovskoe will be in a State of War against the Irradiated Remains of Gadudiros.
