They've been illegitimised as monarchs by the IML, expelled from Deltaria, stripped of their colonies in Vascania, lost their core nation of Jelbania, and unconfirmed reports suggest that the self-appointed Emperor Steven P. Kennedy has been murdered by his own men. Vanaku will no longer be cowed by threats and thuggery. It's time for a new, independent Vanaku. |

| Message | The Jelbanian-Vanku Empire is the only treaty relevant to this bill. If the bill is reformed as to only include the withdrawal of the Jelbanian-Vanuku Empire, it will gain the support of the Reform Party. I hardly see how trade and defence agreements will do any harm to the Vanuku Federation |

| Message | There are some very solid reasons to withdraw... 1. Vanuku-Jelbanian Vascanian Treaty This treaty obligates both Vanaku and Jelbania to go to war in the defence of the Namviet colonies in Vascania. The Namviet colonies, however, were recently attacked by the Holy Luthori Empire and partitioned between them, and Deltaria. Jelbania is in a state of internal strife as the last Kennedy loyalists attempt to cling to power, and the Deltarian Army has been called in by their senate to occupy the naton. To remain in this treaty obligates us to go to war immediately and alone with the Deltarian Empire, the Holy Luthori Empire and their allies in the Axis Agreement (half the world) to protect the colonies of a defunct line of jumped-up dictators we are expelling from our nation 2. The Trade Federation Treaty Read it closely, you might have missed it "Article 2: All signed nations shall place a member of the Kennedy family as Supreme Commander of all Trade Federation forces. This Kenendy family member shall act on all nations behalf in time of war and conflict.". Basically, we'd have to give those Kennedy dogs power over our army in times of war, which is an absolute disgrace and an insult to our national sovereignty. 3. Jelbania-Vanuku Pact. There is nothing inherently wrong with this treaty, except that it is useless. Jelbania is a broken nation in political turmoil, and occupied by Deltarian peacekeepers. She will not be joining the treaty anytime in the forseeable future, so there is no reason to remain a part of it. |
